A veteran technologist that sold one of the first Web 2.0 startups to Yahoo! in the early 2000s, and ran the Yahoo! Hack innovation program. He worked on the Obama’08 campaign, and was founding CTO of Code for America. His latest focus is AI, with expert collaborators across the globe releasing Shisa 7B EN-JA model in December 2023 to acclaim.

A serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience, with expertise in 3D animation technology, social, gaming, and entertainment sectors. He is the CEO of AKAVirtual leading in virtual avatar technologies and the founder of multiple ventures, including RockYou which acquired over 400 million users and raise over $140 million in investment.
